Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products in their original packaging for a full refund, excluding original shipping fees, within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be in new, resalable condition with all original labels attached.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

Return Process

1. Tracking numbers are typically provided within 1-2 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as it becomes available.
2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that you are responsible for paying the full cost of return shipping.
3. Ship the item back to us within 4 days of receiving the return authorization.

Refund Process

• After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding the original shipping cost. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

• Direct exchanges are not available at this time. To exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items and products marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled for a full refund if they have not yet been placed for shipping. Unfortunately, once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Limitation of Liability

• Party Baby Shop is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. In the event of an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Governing Law

• This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
